Project Policies

• Project-based: All services are booked individually. No retainers or ongoing service commitments.

• Deposit: 50% is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon completion.

• Revisions: Custom music production includes 2 rounds of revisions.

• Completion: Production and mixing are complete when the final stereo mix is delivered after the included revisions. Mastering is a separate service.

• Turnaround: Standard projects are completed within 7–10 days once all required materials are received.

• Scheduling: Projects are scheduled based on availability.

• Cancellation: Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations before work begins may be rescheduled or refunded at the producer's discretion.

• In-person sessions: Third-party studio rental is separate from the producer's fee and is paid by the client.

• Additional work: Requests outside the original project scope may require an additional fee.

• Publishing & ownership: Production fees do not automatically transfer publishing, songwriting, or ownership rights. Any rights or ownership arrangements are agreed upon separately before production begins.
